• Users must be 18+ and legally capable of contractually binding agreements.
• Registration requires complete and accurate information.
• Users are responsible for securing login credentials.
• GoodSeva may suspend or revoke access for non-compliance or fraud.

• All logistics, payments, and insurance contracts are between user parties.
• GoodSeva does not guarantee shipment performance, quality, or completion.

• Freight Matching: Listing, searching, and booking of cargo and transport.
• Telematics Integration: IoT sensors (tyre, GPS, temperature, fuel, video).
• FMS-SaaS: Subscription-based fleet management software.
• Insurance/Finance: Through third-party providers; GoodSeva is not liable.
• Fuel Cards/EV Services: Provided by partners; governed by their terms.
• Add-ons: Support services, analytics, compliance tools (subject to fees).

• Account owners are fully responsible for posted data and activities.
• All listings must be lawful, accurate, and free from fraud.
• Prohibited uses include illegal cargo, harassment, malware, or spam.
• Third-party tools (e.g., maps, payments) are used at your own risk.

Cargo & Route Deviations

• Carriers may reroute due to weather, traffic, or emergencies.
• Extra costs (e.g., waiting time, excess weight, specialized equipment) apply.

Shipper Duties

• Declare cargo weight, volume, fragility, special needs, and documentation.
• Ensure payment of taxes, fuel surcharges, and timely payment.

Carrier Duties

• Verify vehicle suitability, fitness, documentation, and safety norms.
• Ensure tracking tools are operational; report incidents immediately.

• Shippers are responsible for cargo insurance.
• Carriers must maintain valid motor insurance.
• GoodSeva is not liable for cargo damage, theft, spoilage, or delay.
• Liability transfers as per agreed Incoterms or contracts.

• Freight payments are directly between shippers and carriers.
• GoodSeva may offer payment facilitation but does not guarantee it.
• Fees to GoodSeva (e.g., commissions) are non-refundable.
• Taxes, fuel surcharges, tolls are borne by users as per local laws.
• Late payments attract 2% monthly interest or maximum legal rate.

GoodSeva is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its control:

• Natural disasters, strikes, riots, pandemics
• Regulatory bans, power outages, telecom failures

Performance deadlines may be extended accordingly.

• Users must attempt to resolve disputes amicably first.
• Jurisdiction:
  • India: Hyderabad Courts
  • USA: Texas State Courts
  • International: Arbitration under UNCITRAL/ICC or CISG where applicable

All platform content (designs, code, logos, apps, materials) belong to GoodSeva or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the site.

Users agree to indemnify GoodSeva against claims, losses, legal expenses, or liabilities arising from:

• Data misrepresentation
• Contractual or legal violations
• Freight disputes, insurance issues, or payment defaults

GoodSeva provides its services on an "as is" basis. It disclaims all warranties and limits its liability to fees paid in the past 3 months. GoodSeva shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, or consequential damages.

GoodSeva may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Non-payment
• Illegal activities

Termination does not exempt users from due payments or legal consequences.

• GoodSeva collects necessary data (name, contact, cargo details, location).
• Usage data may be gathered via cookies or analytics tools.
• Personal data is used to improve services and comply with legal obligations.
• No data is sold to third parties. Shared only with partners where required.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
• Data is stored securely and protected using encryption and firewalls.

Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or offensive content
• Bypass platform controls, scrape data, or interfere with operations
• Use third-party content without permission
• Operate bots, spam, or conduct cyberattacks

Violations may result in immediate suspension or reporting to authorities.
