By accessing and using Goodseva, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Services

Goodseva provides a marketplace platform connecting shippers with carriers for transportation services. We facilitate bidding, payment processing, and trip tracking but are not directly involved in the transportation services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • One account per user/business entity
  • You may not transfer your account to another party

4. Platform Fees

Goodseva charges a 15% platform fee on successful transactions. This fee covers:

  • Platform usage and maintenance
  • Payment processing and escrow services
  • Customer support
  • Technology infrastructure

5. Bidding and Payments

  • All bids are binding once accepted by the shipper
  • Payments are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
  • Platform fees are deducted before payment to carriers
  • Payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

6. User Responsibilities

Shippers must:

  • Provide accurate load information
  • Ensure cargo is properly packaged
  • Have necessary permits and documentation
  • Release payment upon successful delivery

Carriers must:

  • Have valid licenses and insurance
  • Maintain vehicles in good condition
  • Provide accurate GPS tracking
  • Deliver cargo safely and on time

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Circumvent platform fees
  • Transport illegal or prohibited items
  • Harass or discriminate against other users
  • Interfere with platform operations

8. Limitation of Liability

Goodseva is a platform provider and is not liable for:

  • Quality, safety, or legality of cargo
  • Accuracy of user-provided information
  • Actions or omissions of shippers or carriers
  • Loss, damage, or delays in transportation
  • Disputes between users

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our discretion. Users may close accounts at any time after settling all pending transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
